Mosher's Island is the second largest of the LaHave Islands and offers both an amazing living and boating experience. Over the decades it has supported a community with a hotel and a lighthouse, providing safe entrance to the LaHave River. The 33 acre +/- lot, cuts through the island with both shore lines totaling 2000' +/- of direct ocean frontage. There is a 9 acre pond in the middle of the land. There are several good building sites which allow views of both shore lines. The southwest has a beautiful sand beach and views to the open ocean. The northeast shore looks at the entrance to the LaHave River and has several coves for a quiet mooring location for your boat. Walking trails are cut through the land and have corduroy roads. There is a boat launch on Bush Island, and the island is a mere 10 minute boat ride.
