This spacious home with 235 sqm of living area, built on a plot of 560 sqm, is truly a splendid property. It consists of a huge living room, a separate dining room, a modern European style kitchen plus 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with high quality sanitary fittings. Since nobody has ever lived in this house before, it is only partly furnished (antique teak wood). Some of the rooms have recessed ceilings with dimmable halogen lights. The house has been fitted with 4 Daikin air conditioners as well as TV and phone connections. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and hot water tank. All windows and the large sliding doors are made of UPVC which is a very efficient insulating material.

The home is surrounded by a large garden with quite a few nice trees and a well maintained lawn. There is also a carport with a security gate that offers ample parking space.

As the estate is located on a hillside, there are always fresh breezes and, of course, beautiful views to be enjoyed. The village management offers a 24-hr. security service, maintenance of all roads, of the large communal swimming pool and of the gardens as well as rubbish removal.

The home is registered as a company property. Just change the shareholders and the property is yours.
