Large double story 6 bedroom house..

Do you know the feeling coming to a house and you don`t really want to leave?

This property offers peaceful, unobstructed views over clean water, a constant cool breeze and the natural sensation of lakeshore living.

There is the lake, panoramically laid out in front of you. Some meters above, this juicy green garden and then the spacious double story property consisting of two symmetric semi-detached houses.

The West side house offers on ground-floor level a spacious living- and dining-area plus the kitchen towards the backside entrance and a bathroom. Then a huge covered terrace with this wonderful lake views. The 2nd floor provides 3 bedrooms and one bathroom plus this real large balcony, again with splendid views over your garden and the wideness of the lake.

The East side house - which is pictured in this display - consists of a living-room and an open kitchen plus - connected by a narrow gangway - a small library plus a bedroom. On the upstairs floor, you get two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The magnificent terrace and balcony are the same as with the house besides.

The gardens are just fantastic. Lovely walkways, green lawn, mature trees, a BBQ place and the outdoor dinging-table for six. Passing a small garden-door, you step down to the lake where you can start your daily ride with a sailing-boat or a canoe.

There is plenty of space to live for two families. However, if you want the house to be on the majestic level of this privileged location, you might want to do a complete renovation to create a real dream home. We do have architects and builders at hand that can do just that.
