House

Ground Floor

The front door leads directly into the spacious hall (19 sq m) with stairs up to floors above. There are two lounges off the hall (31 and 33 sq m) and a large kitchen diner (34 sq m).

At the rear of the ground floor there is a good size useful utility room (25 sq m) and a separate dining room (27 sq m).

First floor

There are five bedrooms (31, 27, 15, 18 and 19 sq m) and six bathrooms (9, 5, 6, 6, 6 and 4 sq m) on the first floor.

Second Floor

There are two further bedrooms (20 and 14 sq m) on the second floor.

Outside

The garden is at the rear of the house and is currently used for vegetable plots and with the amount of land available on the whole plot could provide a self sufficiency in meat, vegetables and fruit (numerous fruit trees in place).

Numerous outbuildings, large workshop/barn, chicken house, pig shed, large terrace and above ground 8m swimming pool. Subject to the relevant planning permission there is a great deal of potential here for future expansion of accommodation if required, especially with the Cottage to renovate, which would make an ideal gite.

The land around the house would be perfect for anyone looking to keep horses and there is a small stable already at the back of one of the barns.

This would make a fantastic large family home or could as easily be run as a bed & breakfast business.
