Large Plot With Unique Octagonal..

This unique 2 bedroom cottage is built around a traditional Portuguese carob tree which features largely in the architecture.

The unusual octagonal shape makes the cottage open plan with the kitchen leading to the dining area which merges into the lounge. These living areas have double glazed windows and french doors all around so the cottage feels fresh and bright. The tree trunk in the middle of the house is hidden by a decorative fireplace. A door leads to the hallway that has the two bedrooms, a bathroom and a room being utilised as a walk in wardrobe, which completes the circle around the tree.

The branches of the tree running through the ceiling creates an almost Disney-esque feeling, as though you are in a cottage in the woods from Sleeping Beauty.

There is a seperate building with an outside kitchen next to the built-in barbeque, which is joined to the cottage by a shaded terrace. On the other side is a large storage room/pool house and an outdoor bathroom, for easy access from the pool.

The cottage is on a 4890m2 plot of land and boasts a huge landscaped garden with a sizeable kidney shaped pool and lawn area. The pool has a patio running around it, that has space for loungers as well as table and chairs.
