Large village house, beautifully..

Situated in a small riverside village with a splendid resto / bar, this village house just seems to go on and on: Over the pretty front garden and into the house, we find a large sitting room (about 40m2) with two sets of French windows out onto the sunny terrace to the rear. To the right a small sitting room has a wood burner for those cosy winter evenings (the house has full oil fired central heating and a new solar panel array on the roof!). A hall carries us past a WC and to a superb bathroom with Jacuzzi and room for a shower. At the rear right of the house, we have a lovely kitchen with long dining area where a mezzanine sits above (emergency bedroom for the young 'uns).

Out of the kitchen door, we have a large old house (barn - but no requirement for CU if you want a 2nd house!) this has an old terracotta floor and has a footprint of about 50m2, upstairs is usable though the beams mean you will need to plan well to ensure full usage. To the rear of the house we have a summer kitchen area and a superb garden with fantastic big grape vines and an orchard with just about every fruit tree you can imagine, this, still leaves plenty of space for the over-ground pool and the veggie patch!

Back into the house and we mount the stairs to find a long hall with 2 good sized bedrooms with big windows, followed by the master bedroom which has a large dressing room, attached. Continuing up the stairs, we have a large attic - the beams up here will mean this is a great play area, but will not convert to further living space.

This is a very well laid out, quality, family home - the garden is gorgeous as are the living room, kitchen and terrace, the attached renovation project could be the deal clincher.
