Las Nenas*

A TRADITIONAL CHARACTER FINCA on a 1800M2 plot, with a SEPARATE STUDIO APARTMENT, BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED and with absolutely AMAZING PANORAMIC VIEWS of the MOUNTAINS & COUNTRYSIDE - PERANA AT NIGHT IS SPECTACULAR!

As we are led up the concrete driveway to the off-road parking, outside we note the log store, covered porch, and the double-glazed doors, allowing for maximum light!

Inside the finca, spanning a large 180m2, we discover the large, fully fitted L-shaped kitchen (with an apex roof, breakfast bar and utility room), a large lounge/diner (with a fitted wood-burning stove and triple-aspect windows with views over the mountains), 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suites), 4 bathrooms (1 of which being a large fully-tiled family bathroom with a bath, shower and vanity unit) and plenty of storage space. The property features authentic wooden beams, mosquito nets and electric panel heaters throughout. A loft hatch and roof space provides loads of storage which runs the length of the house.

The studio apartment, entered through a seperate gated entrance, features a fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom, again with covered porch and sitting area.

Outside we have lovely gardens with concrete flower beds and a brick-built feature barbeque, a private above-ground pool with decking steps, terraced and shingle around in a mature sub tropical garden and a fantastic bar area covered with concrete seating areas.

There is also land to the side of the property with small ruin on, suitable for horses, chickens etc.
