Leberstrasse Schoeneberg, Berlin

Schoeneberg has had its fair share of media attention over the years due to its vibrant mix of residents: artists, craftsmen, musicians, not to mention the late David Bowie. In fact, just a short walk away from this apartment you'll find Bowie's favourite bar, Neues Ufer, which is known in the area for it's colorful exterior. Although Schoenberg is technically West Berlin, the apartment is situated near the border of East/West, so it's not far from the popular district of Neukoelln. Also close by: Cafe BilderBuch, UDK University of the Arts campus, S Julius-Leber-Brucke, big shops and amenities.

The apartment is set within a beautiful Altbau that was refurbished in 2016 to high quality modern German standards. The apartments in the building are bright and spacious with high ceilings and original Altbau features such as the large decorative wooden doors.
