The house consists of a large kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room / bedroom, large balcony and lovely views. The house can comfortably sleep 2 - 4 people.

The house has been fully refurbished and is fully furnished.

A new modern kitchen has been purchased and will be fitted by the current owner if required or he will help you fit yourself. The kitchen is shown in the final picture (minus the cooker).

The current owner is staying in the area and will help with everything from completing the house to helping you settle in to Greek life.

Stypsi is a busy village all year round with all the shops you might need, although it currently has no hotels or guest houses. This would be a good opportunity to have a rental income from the whole house as a holiday home or let out a room in this beautiful area!

A second property (sleeps 4 - 6 people) is available on the same terms if you want to have one to live in and one to rent out - a fantastic opportunity for a new life and income!

Olive oil, cheese and honey are all produced here.

The nearest large town is 15 minutes away by car. The area is fantastic for hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and swimming.

Direct flights to Lesvos from the UK run between April and October, at other times of the year a stop in Athens is required. Flights from UK are around £50 one way and take just 3 hours.
