Totally self sufficient. Electricity is provided by solar panels and battery storage. There is a powerful Honda generator (Converted to run on gas) for emergency back up during the rare occasions of rain and heavy cloud. So no electricity bills to pay.

Water is collected and stored in large water deposits and filtered for domestic use.

This is a lovely house reformed with loving care. The original ceiling beams have been retained and the interior decor is simple but very effective.

Wooden framed shuttered windows have been fitted to keep with the originality of the house.

A workshop and car port is attached to the side of the house together with a dog kennel.

The lounge and dining room are split level with a log burning stove to keep you very warm and toasty in the winter time

Kitchen is open plan with a walk in larder.

The top floor also has a large walk in linen cupboard. There is also a separate room that was due to be converted into another toilet and shower area. This is unfinished but all the sinks and wash basins and toilet are included.

The ground floor terrace is walled and includes a roofed bar area. A large porch has been built on the front of the house which has had glass blocks fitted to the walls to allow it to be light and airy.
