Beschreibung

Situated in a small village hard by the River Vienne with two cafes and a baker, we have a home here that has been used as a holiday home for some time and therefore the bathroom , at least, has been modernized! Into the house we have a big open plan sitting room with a fireplace and a pretty cupboard in the wall. To the rear we have a kitchen area (errrr, a sink!) and a new shower room (wooo hooo!).

Upstairs we have a large landing with a large amount of cupboard space, and three reasonable sized bedrooms one of which has its own WC, another with a pretty cupboard. Outside up a very short alley we come to a very pretty garden with two big goat sheds and an open barn. Plus sides? This is a great village on a beautiful part of the river - we'll negotiate on the price if this tickles your fancy!.
