Located in the exclusive neighbourhood..

If you are looking for the Nirvana of properties perhaps this is it. The property is located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Las Brisas which is five minutes to Puerto Banus and ten minutes to Marbella. The property is gated and was remodelled in 2015 and brought up to date, being revamped entirely form electrical work to plumbing and plastering to create a luxurious getaway. The first floor has two en suite bedrooms and the living area is open plan. It comprises of two spacious living rooms, dining room and a kitchen with American bar that includes gas, electric and wok hobs, a Sub Zero fridge, a steam oven, built in coffee machine, two dishwashers and a wine cooler. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with the finest white goods. All the bedrooms are en suite except one which is currently used as an office. The sizeable outdoor sitting areas are ideal for entertaining or for quiet meditation. The cabana around the pool and the top floor terrace which has views to La Concha dont fail to impress. The property can be sold furnished and the decor is of the most exquisite style and taste and I would challenge anyone to improve on anything. One wouldnt change anything from the oversized sofas to the touches of colour from the rugs and cushions on the sofas to the stylish outdoor furniture. One gets a stunning first impression when one enters the villa but the property continues to impress as one tours the house discovering unique details such as the laundry shoot from the top floor to the laundry room or the spacious dressing room in the master bedroom or the 75 inch tv in the living room or the vessel sinks in the bathroom or the underfloor led lights or the trendy tile work in all bathrooms or the two car carport and storage area. One could continue espousing the properties features but the best option would be to arrange a viewing to see it for yourself.
