Longere with attached outbuilding

*** Sterling Service ***

This 2/3 bedroom house is all on one level and has a pretty garden. Close to the market town of Montendre, it would be a great holiday home or permanent residence.
location

House

The front door opens into a large (6m x 6m, 36m2) open plan reception room with a tiled floor and fireplace. To one side is the kitchen - this has a range of fitted units as well as oven and hob. There is room for a large dining table as well as for a sitting area. South facing, it has a glazed door and window overlooking the gardens.

A tiled corridor from the kitchen (6m x 1.5m, 9m2) serves as utility room. From here there are doors to the wc, bathroom (2.5m x 2, 5m2) and the three bedrooms (4m x 3m, 3m x 4m and 4m x 2.4m). The first bedroom could also service a reception room or office as it has a glazed door to the garden. The three bedrooms all have cement floors.

Also off the corridor is a door to the outbuilding that runs along the back of the house (11m x 5m, 55m2). Subject to relevant permissions, this space could be converted to provide additional accommodation. Again, this has a cement floor. There are doors out to the garden at both ends.

The house is double glazed with central electric heating, an electric heater for hot water and there is ADSL internet access.

Outside

The house sits in the middle of its own plot - gates open from the road to a parking area - there are lawns behind and two the side of the house. There is a well.

The garden to the front of the house is laid to lawn with some mature trees and a vegetable patch.
