Very beautiful property, outside the village of Vigliano d’Asti, surrounded by vineyard and woods, in the unique and amazing landscape of Monferrato’s hills, awarded by the prestigious recognition Unesco World Heritage List in 2014.

The property is located in the sunny side of the hill, protected by trees, with an extended garden: it’s the perfect place both for who searches a location far from city hustle and for those who whishes to enjoy relaxing holidays or weekends in the middle of nature, without giving up the comfort of handy services.

Traditional Piedmontese farmstead, built in XVIII century and restored in 2007, keeping the original details. In particular, the rental part has been restored further in 2015, to adapt to the B&B guests’ needs.

The habitation is app. 400 sqm, and the adjoining land somewhat more than a hectare.

The property has been run as a rental apartment/B&B, but is also well adapted as a spacious family home.

On the ground floor we find a spacious, bright open kitchen with dining space and lounge area, a library/tv-room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry/bathroom. Then on the first floor, loungearea, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is a good size portico for outdoor dining.

Of course also a classical cantina with vaulted ceilings, perfect for winestorage and cool tastings.

The property is well kept and the owners have created both sunny and shady places for relaxation.
