Cable-TV and 3BB Internet is in operation. Mosquito screens are fixed on all windows and doors allowing a nice airflow throughout the day. The 3 air conditioners and the 5 ceiling fans are all remote controlled. But you can spend your days outside on the covered terrace that offers a few nice seating options plus this small refreshment pool. An additional small work room also contains the washing machine. A pleasant, easy-to-handle property that causes very little maintenance work and costs.
