The apartment has sun all day and as the apartment is very well insulated, all windows have double glazing, the owner never needed heating during winter, however, there is a pre-installation for a central heating. So if someone were to need heating, this could be easily fixed.

There is a small 1,5 x 1,5 meter storage room in the kitchen. And there is a separate washing room next to the kitchen. Furthermore there are two big built-in closets, one in the hall way and one in the master bedroom for storage.

There is no parking included in this deal, but there is enough parking (free) available outside. So not to worry. There is of course a parking underneath the property and I am sure one could eventually obtain parking if wanted/needed.
