Luxury modern villa by Bruno Erpicum

Bruno Erpicum designed this minimalistic villa located in Can Furnet with a true passion for quality and detail. Bruno Erpicum has been rewarded with various architectual awards and has over 25 years of experience.

According to Erpicum, architecture should 'disappear' and be as simple as possible to let the natural environment express itself always taking into account the conditions the materials he uses and he usually finds in the area are exposed to, their maintenance and installation conditions. Marked by modesty and perfectly integrated into its natural environment, some works Erpicum are almost invisible in the landscape.

This villa of almost 350m2 has been built on a land of 1000m2. There is a beautiful pool of nearly 60 m2 to enjoy that morning swim and evening dip and there is quite a spacious and very private terrace to catch some sun on one of the sun-loungers.

There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen conveniently overlooking the pool- and sundeck area. The kitchen has various Smeg appliances, dishwasher, double fridge, wine chiller, ice machine, double oven, microwave, large hob and more modern high quality appliances
