Occupying a scenic and beautiful location, gently sloping towards the Mediterranean Sea, Aphrodite Hills occupies a 234-hectare site between Paphos (15 kilometres to the east) and Limassol (45 kilometres to the west). It sits on either side of the Randi Gorge, overlooking the spot where Aphrodite is said to have risen from the sea. The resort is in the area called Palaepaphos (Old Paphos) and is near the seaside village of Petra tou Romiou. This is the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty, and the founding myth is interwoven with the town such that Old Paphos became the most famous and important place for worshiping Aphrodite in the ancient world. In Greco-Roman times, Paphos was the island's capital, and it is well known for the remains of the Roman governor's palace, where extensive, fine mosaics are a major tourist attraction. Paul the Apostle visited the town during the first century AD. The town of Paphos is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.

Paphos enjoys a subtropical-Mediterranean climate, with the mildest temperatures on the island. Paphos has been selected as a European Capital of Culture for 2017.

Just a couple of minutes from the resort hotel, there's a private beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds, and just a 15-minute shuttle ride away is Avdimou Bay, which switches between pebbles and sand, and comes with crystal-clear waters and a couple of great fish tavernas. There's also a Blue Flag beach at Pissouri, around fifteen minutes' drive away.

Cyprus is easily accessible, with daily flights from the UK and numerous other European destinations.

This beautiful, luxurious villa is built on three levels. It is situated near hole number five of the Aphrodite Hills Golf course and has beautiful ravine views from the master bedroom and the outside patio area. This spectacular villa boasts over 250 square meters of covered areas and is furnished in a simple contemporary style.

The roomy lounge area is situated a few steps down from the main entrance door and features two large fabric sofas, flat screen TV, CD, DVD player, coffee tables and light color curtains. Three sets of double doors lead out to the patio area.

The kitchen is wooden Italian with granite work tops. It features a traditional hood over the halogen hob and double sinks. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave are available. The dining area is connected with the living room/lounge area and features a large wooden table with six chairs, mushroom color curtains and a splendid wooden chest of draws.

The master bedroom is spacious and is located on the first floor. It has a balcony and overlooks the Cypriot nature and beautiful ravine. This unusually large master bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a large double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, hairdryer, large mirror and spacious fitted walk-in wardrobes. The decor is cream white linen, roman blinds to the windows and curtains on the door leading to the outside balcony. An en-suite marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, and toilet.

The second bedroom is also located on the 'mezzanine' floor with two single beds. There are bedside cabinets with lamps, and hairdryer. There is a spacious bathroom right outside of the door with two vanity sinks, separate shower cubicle, bath with shower over and toilet.

The third bedroom is located on the same level ('mezzanine') and features a double bed. It is also located right outside of the spacious bathroom with 2 vanity sinks, separate shower cubicle, bath with shower over and toilet. A second bathroom with a single vanity top and a toilet completes the picture on this floor.

An additional bedroom or office area is located on the lower floor. It features two single beds, bedside table, and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath shower over, single vanity unit, and toilet.

Finally, the large 10 x 5 overflow swimming pool is located just a few steps below the patio area. The patio and grass area around the pool area is perfect for sunbathing. The garden is over 1000 square meters large and features trees, fragrant shrubs, plants, and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers.
