Shops, supermarkets and some excellent restaurants are all within a 2 minute radius (by car) of the villa and the famous millionnaire’s port of Puerto Banus, as well as the enchanting old town of Marbella, are but a short drive away.

Must-see places such as Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Mijas Pueblo, etc. can all be visited in one day since they too are within easy reach of the villa.

For the more sporty holiday-maker, many of the Costa’s famous golf courses and tennis clubs are within a 10 to 15 minute drive of the villa and water-sport facilities such as diving, sailing, water-skiing, etc. abound along the coast.

In the winter, a trip to the Sierra Nevada mountains can have you snow-skiing in the morning with a round of golf in the afternoon or a relaxing sun-bathe by your own private pool.

This property consists in a main villa with 4 bedrooms (one was converted into TV room) and an independent 2 bedroom apartment.



Entrance level

The Indian main wooden gate is the first hint of what you´ll see inside.

A large living room with fireplace leads the way to a chill out lounge with breathtaking views of the forest and mountains of Marbella.

On the other end, the dining room and open plan kitchen are the perfect place to spend plenty of time with the family by the second fireplace.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 triple), all with en-suite bathrooms.

There is a newly built 2 bedroom 1 bathroom + kitchenette apartment, ideal for guests in general, teenagers or even grandparents. It could also be the staff house.

This apartment also has a small living room which can be turned into a bedroom.

The whole house has been recently renovated thoroughly, including the new marble floors, double glazing systems, etc.
