Maison De Mitre With Tennis Court..

Numerous houses
* 4 hectare plot
* Ideal location
* High quality worksmanship
* Superb views

An interesting one this one: originally bought as a 4 hectares plot dominating the valley with a 'Maison de Maitre', tennis court, pool and wine cellar (including pressoir) all in need of a serious make-over the current owners intended to carry out a major project renovating and modernising all existing buildings as well as adding several new ones. Full planning permission was granted and all the plans are available.

The first phase of the project has been completed with the addition of a brand new (completed in 2013) longere built to very high standards and now offering 4 separate studios apartments over 2 floors and a large 2 bedroom house (currently occupied by the guardian). Tiled floors throughout, energy saving features galore and views to die for over the valley towards the village. This building alone is worth more than the asking price for the whole property.

The 19c Maison de Maitre, pool and tennis court are still in their original state with plenty of scope for the new owners to create their own project or continue with the plans of the current owners. Numerous rooms over the 2 floors, outbuildings, workshops, greenhouses, servants quarters, etc. etc. etc.

Ideally located in a quiet valley overlooking the village with the market town of Chateau-du-Loir a 5 minute drive away. Direct A28 autoroute access to Le Mans, Tours, Paris and beyond.

An ideal investment opportunity for either a large family estate or working property (B&B, conferences, health spa, etc. etc.) within the popular Loir Valley just down the road from Le Mans.
