Mandarin Gumusluk Apartments

The development consists of 38 small blocks, with a section of apartments and duplex's. Most of the properties have lovely sea views and some can sea across Gumusluk and towards Yalikavak as the site has been built step formation, this also gives an air of space around the property.

There are five types of apartments on site with two or three bedrooms. All have open plan living areas, outdoor space being a terrace or balcony. The two bedroom apartments have one bathroom and the three bedroom apartment have two bathrooms.

On site there is a communal swimming pool, sun bathing area and landscape gardens. There is an elevator to a private beach with jetty and sun bathing area. A local Dolmus service running from the site gates to Gumusluk and Yalikavak.

Gumusluk and Yalikavak are situated north of the Bodrum peninsular this gives the resorts a sense of privacy and tranquility.

Yalikavak is one of three resorts on the peninsula to have its own lovely large marina, which was enlarged in 2012 giving a much larger capacity, Yalikavak promotes style and quality in the area. There is a small but busy centre and small harbour where fishing boats moor and is very attractive. Around theMarinaarea are many posh boutiques and restaurants, and at night the place is fantastic to stroll around, eat and drink and just general people watch. Into the small more traditional resort centre you will find traditional shops selling carpets, and lovely galleries selling paintings.

Gumusluk is a lovely fishing village, and is what turkey is really about, small and quaint, and sits right next to its neighbour Yalikavak. You will find property prices in Gumusluk are considerably cheaper and better value for money. You will find the best seafood restaurants about her, and a good selection of gift shops and all you need to make your holidays complete.
