Situated in a small hamlet, this big manor house has been kind of renovated - but a lot of the planning has not been thought through, so, a lot of re-jigging will need to be done to et the best out of it! Onto the property we have a lovely front garden, with lots of outbuildings including 3 garages. Entering the house, we have kitchen / diner with fireplace and tiled floor. Upstairs we have an attic where some conversion has been carried out and a lot of tongue and groove can be re-used as kindling - there is a basic bathroom and a bedroom with French windows and a balcony with access out to the front garden and another bedroom to start where space has been left for another bathroom.

To be honest, this is a lovely big house with great space front and back - you will want to pretty much gut each space and start again, however, so, perfect if you fancy doing it yourself, because it is easily liveable in the meantime. Good price!
