Located in an upscale East-Pattaya village, all villas are built in different styles and mainly open-plan.

Walking along the footpath to the villa, you enter a huge living-room that offers two sofa-spaces, for movie watching and in an oriel with lovely garden views. The dining-area and the open-plan Western kitchen is also integrated in this huge salon-like room.

The master-bedroom is huge, it`s lavish en-suite bathroom offering a brand-new large Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower-cubicle. The two other bedrooms are a bit smaller and can serve for many purposes.

The Western-kitchen is L-shaped and kept in white lacquer with golden ornaments. The property in general offers a lot of golden color and ornaments. A feast for friends of the opulent.

Then, there is this large and air-conditioned remote controlled double-garage with space for storage and hobby. the outside walls are all double for maximum insulation. B&W speakers are built-in throughout the villa. Galvanized rain gutters are there too.
