Modern 2 bed, 3 bath pool bungalow near..

This is a modern and light Mediterranean type house with nicely designed spaces.

You enter a generous room that holds the L-shaped open kitchen, the dining-area and the sofa-space with the flat-screen TV nicely mounted on the wall.

The modern open-space kitchen is made high quality, kept in beige. It provides a four plate ceramic cooktop from Siemens that is installed on a cooking island. The worktops are one piece of a new expensive and durable resin material. Cabinets and drawers are solid and there is an oven as well.

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and a full sized, mirror-glazed walk-in closet. The bathrooms are nicely tiled and provide luxury fittings. On top, there is a guest toilet.

All sliding-doors and windows are of massive UPVC quality and the chic 80 cm tiles are laid-out throughout the property without any threshold.

The whole house provides fine curtains. Elegant light-ones and the decorative-ones, including with darkening curtains. Together with the solid UPVC-sliding-doors and windows, silence and darkness for a healthy and long sleep is guaranteed.

Outside, you get a beautiful and large pool. Perfect for this tropical climate. LED underwater lights are installed. The garden is minimal. Designed with nice gravel fields and durable plants, it needs very little maintenance.

There are three Daikin air conditioners, exhaust ventilation, Cable-TV and ADSL-Internet, nice halogen spots, roof insulation plus TV-connection in every room. The doors and locks are solid quality as well. The place is newly painted, decorated and nicely furnished.

Next to the lighted carport, there is a neatly built-in washing-machine for your laundry.

It's a lovely, stylish property that you will enjoy.
