Modern 3-bedroom pool-villa in village..

This modern and well-built villa makes a great family home and/or offers enough room for temporarily hosting friends and extended family members.

You can enter the villa dry-foot through a corridor from the garage or you enter by the front-door gate. Here, you stroll on nice walkways across juicy lawns, passing this double heart-shaped, generously large overflow-pool that is surrounded with white gravel. The garden-area is nicely illuminated by sensor lights.

The chic living-room is nicely furnished and opens through white sliding-doors towards the outdoors. There is a covered terrace right there plus a separate terrace with a large table in front of the master-bedroom. The kitchen is semi-divided from the living-area, it is air conditioned and well equipped. The elegant built-in cabinets have been made by a renowned carpenter. The loose furniture is of good quality and taste as well and comes along with the property. The ceilings are recessed and several arches adorn the interior.

Depending on your mood or the weather, you can choose to dine inside or outdoors under the (mostly) blue sky. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. The master-bathroom is especially large, also providing a big Jacuzzi bathtub.

An important and rare feature are the double cavity walls insulating the property well against heat and noise.

The white aluminum windows and sliding-doors also feature fly screens to ensure a good airflow throughout the house. Internet is provided by 3BB and Banglamung-TV delivers all the channels. A central boiler provides the hot water. Even though located in a gated community, there is a burglar alarm system for additional safety. There are galvanized rain gutters all around this villa. Two cars and other recreational vehicles can be stored in the remote-controlled garage with its deep and spacious storage room at the back-end.

A pleasant home to feel good.
