Modern 5 bedroom pool estate with two..

This is a noble, nearly new countryside estate, planned and built in a quality that easily matches European standards. On 1.200 m2 of land, there are two main buildings nicely nestled in tropical settings around a generous pool. Both the houses are about equal in size and quality but differ by the layout. They both have the huge covered terraces in common. The main house with a comfy rattan sofa, sunbeds and a dining table. The guest-house with a snooker table, seating space and a large dining-table.

The guest-house provides 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the upper-floor, featuring a balcony overlooking the properties outdoor area. Then there are 2 bathrooms and a guest-toilet.

Trough white aluminum sliding-doors, you can access the outdoors from each house. Both houses also have their own modern and well-equipped kitchens. The bathrooms are generously large and nicely fitted and equipped.

The main-house features 2 bedrooms and a very generous living-room that can be easily turned into a 3rd bedroom.

Enjoy wonderful airflow throughout the house as the arrangement of the rooms is well planned and the generous windows and sliding-doors provide solid fly-screens. All around the property, smoothing ceiling-fans are installed. For the hottest days, 6 top air conditioners will cool down the rooms.

The properties heart is the generous pool and the deckchairs placed around it. There is a nice outdoor shower and nice lighting for the nights. Built in 2012, modern amenities are there as well. Satellite-TV and TV sets in most of the rooms, ADSL-Internet plus Wi-Fi throughout. There are two remote-controlled garages for cars and toys.

There are many upscale natural materials such as hardwood and mason stones used for the finishing. All the pictured quality furniture, deco-items, carpets, curtains stay in the house. You come with your suitcase and start enjoying.
