Modern and clean, this apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate WC. We're liking the parquet floors and marble floors and with some care, this could be a very attractive apartment with lots of light and space in comparison to a lot of two bedroom apartments.

You'll want to buy in this area if your motivation is to be near to the beach, and close to restaurant and shops without being in the thick of it. This area loses a little of the provincial charm and starts to be more plain, and even ugly in parts in comparison to the lavish architecture five minutes into the centre, but is where you find modern space with all mod cons including large lifts, very large balconies, electric shutters, air conditioning and just better proportioned rooms. There's often always a compromise.

Its a good bet for a larger family where convenience has to take precedent,. There is the possibility to buy / rent parking under the building.

Its just a few minutes out of centre than most tourists would like, unless their days are going to be just about the beach. This said, its certainly not far away from the action.
