Description of architecture and finishing:

Its design shows purity and simplicity, conforming clearly defined spaces yet showing respect for the traditional character of the dwelling and its location. A coherent style is applied throughout, giving the dwelling a unified and cozy feel. The large windows in each room make this a very bright house with great character and warmth. The use of fine materials such as wood, stone and wrought iron give this dwelling a value that will live into the future, moving away from fleeting trends.

The floor layout of the townhouse is as follows:

- Entrance floor: an entrance hall, a fully fitted kitchen and an outside garden area, where a private pool will be located as well as a lift and a set of stairs which goes throughout the entire building.

- The first floor: 2 en-suite bedrooms which will be fully equipped with tailor-made furniture specific for this project.

- The second floor: an additional en-suite bedroom and another area which is thought to be a lounge area with a bathroom (this space can also be converted into another bedroom).

- The third floor: The living room which leads onto the roof terrace will have a fully equipped kitchen as well as stunning views over the city.
