Modern tropical 2 bedroom pool villa..

This lovely property is a modern and intimate tropical oasis in a secure countryside location.

Nestled in a small and safe compound, you can enjoy utmost privacy in tropical surroundings.

The living-room is wide, airy and spacious. It consists of a large comfy sofa-area facing the 55 Inch flat-screen TV set. Besides, a four seat dining-table and across the room, in an extension, a home office for your daily business with plenty of nice built-in cabinets reaching from floor to ceiling. Those are really high and therefore give the house a pleasantly roomy feel which is supported by the wide white aluminum sliding-doors and windows.

The well-equipped Western kitchen surprises with a dishwasher, hot air oven, 4 plate ceramic cooktop, extractions hood, granite worktop and more.

The bedrooms bear plenty of built-in wardrobes and both offer an en-suite bathroom. The master-bedroom provides a whole entertainment system with TV and top sound-system.

Next to the generous carport, bearing plenty of space for two cars, there is a storage room with a Siemens washing machine. On the technical side, there is ADSL Internet, satellite-TV, grounded electricity, two septic tanks plus a powerful water pump. You will always have sufficient fresh water due to the deep bore hole which 3 properties are sharing. There is a storage tank as well. Galvanized rain gutters are installed as well.

The gem of the property is the generous tropical garden with its lovely pool. A wonderful place visible from most spots within the house and especially enjoyable from the double deckchair/Sala and the large covered terrace with the outdoor dining table. An outdoor shower is there as well, the lawn is green and juicy and the mature trees and palms true tropical beauties. A lovely and inexpensive home to enjoy.
