Modern Villas In Jurmala With The View..

Peaceful residence on the bank of the river Lielupe!

Exquisite and convenient family houses with a wonderful view of yachts smoothly sailing down the river Lielupe, thus creating a holiday atmosphere, will ensure a living environment filled with peace and calmness not far from the big-city life with its diverse opportunities.

Nine spacious three-storied family houses, containing several bedrooms, a kitchen, from three to five bathrooms and auxiliary premises, as well as convenient terraces on upper floors, perfectly matching the surrounding natural environment, are created in the stylishly outlined residential settlement on the bank of the river Lielupe. Laconic architectonic lines and modern finishing of buildings, combining brick, wood and decorative plaster, are dominating elements in the design of a private territory, including swimming pool and landscaped yard. High-quality finishing materials used in creating buildings, developing yards and terraces are indicative of the organic merging with nature, the nearby forest, and a private beach by the river and yacht pier - of undisputable safety and comfort. Still more safety of the residential settlement is ensured by video surveillance cameras and 24-hour live guards.

Residential settlement Riverside is created for people, who evaluate relaxing natural calmness combined with services of the highest level in all spheres just 15 km far from the busy centre of Riga.
