MORBIHAN - Between Josselin & Pontivy -..

Set on an island between the canal and the river, this old water mill dates back to earlier than 1800 when it used to have two water wheels. I was then modernised in 1986 to offer on the principal level a large dual aspect lounge with vaulted ceiling and feature fireplace, leading onto a galley style fitted kitchen. A corridor leads to a cloak room, toilet and master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Above this is a large mansard bedroom. On the lower level is an entrance hall, two tiled rooms with the old will cogs still in situ. Then there is a summer bedroom and a shower room with toilet. This level gives out onto the garden area which is just over an acre including the small island to the rear of the mill.
