Well with over 25 years in the business it has been many a year since I am bursting to use that old saying of « location, location, location', but this place... well it is to die for. Then there is a stone maisonette (1 up, 1 down) which would make a great guest suite and last but not least is the 14th century water mill, built of crafted stone with a new slate roof and reinforced walls. Originally having two overshot wheels (one at each end), the mill is built at the bottom on the lake wall with its three sluices, that is to say one for each wheel and a main control sluice. All in all a very unique property that once finished will become probably one of the most picturesque mills in the area and now doubt with a price tag well over normal local prices!
