On the next floor you have a guest bedroom and a dual level main bedroom, which could also make a good studio.The old forge itself has been renovated into a small guest accommodation with an open plan lounge with small kitchen hidden behind the bar, separate shower room and then a sleep area on the mezzanine. The main garden surrounds the property on three sides, with the front on the house giving onto the end of the lane. A dirt track then leads down past an old spring fed "lavoir" to the second garden were you will find the pond surrounded by mature trees and completely private.
