Nagawari: Tropical 4 bedroom pool villa..

This secluded 4 bedroom pool villa is located in Nagawari. One of Jomtien's finest natural resort estates. Embedded in tropical greenery, the resort is only 200 meters away from the beach and has quick access to Sukhumvit road.

Built in an exotic Thai Bali style on a plot of 388 sqm, the fully and expensively furnished house offers 250 sqm of living space spread over 2 stories. There are 3 bedrooms, all with access to en-suite bathrooms, 1 separate maid's or guest room, 4 bathrooms, a remote controlled garage with space for 2 cars and an open plan living and dining area with a modern Western style kitchen. In the backyard there's a lovely pool and some space to pleasantly unwind.

One enters the house through a high and massive gateway - the whole house mainly consists of high ceilings and windows, which give a feeling of space. The floors on the ground floor are made of marble. To the left, there's a bedroom with built-in wardrobes and direct access to the pool area due to wide sliding doors. Next to the bedroom is a generous bathroom that can be accessed from the living area as well as from the bedroom. To the right, you find the kitchen and the open plan living area. The modern and fully fitted Western Style kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas and electro cooking hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a large fridge and a breakfast counter. Either you enjoy your meal at the adjacent dining table or outdoors in the tranquil pool area. The living area is airy - due to wide and high patio doors - and tastefully furnished. Besides you can overlook the pool area. The backyard with its beautiful pool and some tropical greenery provides lots of intimacy.

A massive, curved wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find 2 more bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom with walk-in-closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, sandstone outdoor bath tub and a large balcony. The tasteful decor matches with the polished wooden floors.

A separate maid's or guestroom with a bathroom is located next to the entrance area.

The entire house is air conditioned, there are sunblock curtains, a 6000 lt. underground water tank, Wi-Fi Internet, phone lines and cable TV. The estate is manned with 24 hours security and there's a clubhouse with a communal pool.
