Neat 3 bed, 3 bath pool-house in top..

This property is located in a popular village; a nice, clean and well-organized, secure housing estate with lots of western inhabitants.

The property on offer matches to this village as it is immaculately maintained. The whole electric has been redone in 2014 and everything else has been kept up-to-date constantly.

The wide open living-area offers two sofa-spaces. A more intimate one to watch movies and another one for the social life. It is combined with the dining-area offering seating for six. There is a small home-office corner too. The ceilings are 3 meters at least and increase to a nice cathedral shape in the living-room.

The 3 bedrooms are of generous size and one of the 3 bathrooms offers a bathtub. The Western kitchen is in a separate room, top modern and very well equipped. There is a room with a Thai kitchen including a washing-machine and there are 2 storage rooms as well.

Most of the expensive furniture is tailor-made for this house and it`s all included. Hot water is provided by a central boiler.

Outdoors you get this free-form swimming-pool with its Jacuzzi bench and the dining-table under a stainless-framed awning. Besides the house is a quiet and small piece of lawn, the outdoor relaxation area with 2 deckchairs. The covered carport can easily bear 2 cars and is accessed by a remote-gate. The property very easy to maintain. There are rain gutters all around the roof. Internet and cable-TV reception is there too.
