New and modern all-inclusive..

This neat and new home bears plenty of space for a couple or a small family. The in- and outdoors are reasonable in size, the layout well arranged. You feel comfortable the moment you arrive at the property.

The open-plan living-room provides the sofa-space with a niche holding a flat screen-TV and a small dining-table for three.

A little behind, you get the friendly, chic and well-equipped open-plan kitchen including a nice breakfast-bar for a quick coffee. Both bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms, one accessible from the living-area as well.

There are built-in wardrobes plus a walk-in closet in both of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are friendly and modern.

What`s great on top is the complete equipment. Be it in- our outdoors, all is nicely furnished and decorated. You get blinds, wallpapers, paintings, lamps ornaments and more. Come with your suitcase and start enjoying.

The outside walls of the house are made of aerated concrete, the roof ventilated and slightly insulated. Together with the fly screens on all windows, you keep the heat away and a pleasant climate is created. The property has its own well and fresh water is for free. There is no maintenance to be paid as well.

The outdoors offer a lovely 6 x 3 meter pool, a covered BBQ-area, a piece of garden, a charming fishpond with waterfall feature, a covered carport and a terrace with an outdoor table (not pictured). Then there is the washing-machine and proper drainage all around the house as well.

A new and lovely all included-property with very little maintenance.
