VILLA BLANCA has been designed by our Architect for clients wishing a modern villa with some traditional features.

The different level roof styles and the curved front porch makes this a very desirable Villa.

The main bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe and the other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Large windows throughout the Villa allows natural light into all the rooms and the large covered Terrace leading from Lounge is fantastic for Alfresco Dining overlooking the gardens and pool area.

You have a wide choice of Kitchens and many flooring choices are also available.

Our Design team and Architect will work with you to ensure that you achieve everything that meets with your requirements and our Architect is happy to discuss your requirements and make internal changes at no extra cost to ensure you achieve your Dream Villa.

A swimming pool can be added if required, prices start from 12,000 euros.

It is possible to add a further bedroom making the master bedroom smaller if you wish at no extra cost.

Included also is a solar panel to heat all the domestic hot water and we are able to incorporate more ECO FRIENDLY SYSTEMS as required

The price includes all architects fees for the Project and all the licenses required by law.

Electricity and water are connected and internet is available in most areas.

Our own Architect has direct contact with you and oversees the complete project construction time is 6 months.

We send you a Blog and weekly photographs of the development and one of our consultants will be in direct and constant contact with you to answer any of your queries.
