NEW LISTING EXCLUSIVE TO VOSS HOMES - A large, part..

NEW LISTING EXCLUSIVE TO VOSS HOMES - A large, part renovated (but some parts needs attention) currently , 3 bed, 2 bath country / hamlet property located within a small hamlet. 5/6 mins drive to Santa Maria de Nieva. 15 mins drive to Huercal-Overa and 40 mins drive to the coast.

This is ideal for someone looking for a project property but is fully habitable to live in.

The property has tarmac access apart from the last 50m which you gave to cross a rambla ( dried river bed)

The front doors leads into a hallway where there are two bedrooms either side, you then go through a door that leads you to a sitting room and another bedroom to the right. There is a hall way where you have to the right a bathroom and another hall / entrace with access back out to the front.

There is then another huge open plan living room / dining room / kitchen with lots of potential and access to the back of the property. There is a seperate pantry / kitchen room just off this open plan living / dining area.

Upstairs are various large rooms. that would need finishing off but would be excelent for more bedroooms / bathrooms.
