This property is located in the middle of one of the few secure and modern upper-class housing-estates in the Pattaya area. It is conveniently situated on a hilltop with constant fresh breezes.

The property has been comprehensively upgraded and renovated in 2016. The 6 air conditioners (2 are inverter models) are new, the kitchen has been newly built in an additional room and all its appliances are new too. There are plenty of new-built in wardrobes and cabinets, a new ceiling-insulation and much more.

The ground-floor offers the generous living-area and the large separated kitchen plus dining-area. The Thai kitchen for the more smelly food plus the laundry space with machine is on the outside. A guest-toilet is on the ground-floor as well.

The upper-floor offers 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms and a small L-shaped balcony with lovely views.

The security at this property just can`t be beaten. Located in the center of a well-cared village with alert guards, an alarm system plus bars (on request of the landlady) in front of the windows. Those are made out of white UPVC and are triple glazed. Fly screens are there as well. There is cable-TV connection in every major room, two TV sets are there, and ADSL Internet as well.

Outdoors, there is a nice, shady stretch of garden which is enlightened in the night and offers space for a table and deckchairs.
