This family managed bed & breakfast is located in beautiful and central location of Kaprun.
The 7 guest rooms - partially with up to four beds for a family - are all equipped with bath and toilet, SAT-TV, DVD-Player, W-LAN and some of them with balcony with view to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn.
The large common area for guests is divided in a large breakfast room, a lounge and a bar ( a room for a gastronomic kitchen is planned and pre-installed) as well as a ski cellar with a separated entrance and a sauna area.
The generous flat for the owners offers a large living- and dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets.
The property was rebuilt only a few years ago and can be operated immediately.

Because of the glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn (3.202 m), easygoing fun on the slopes is guaranteed all the year round.
