Quaint Cottage in Chiclana de la Frontera, Costa de la Luz, Cadiz, Spain for sale!

The cottage is situated in a quiet residential area only 5 Minutes from the popular resort and beaches of Novo Santi Petri. It is amazing what can fit into a small, completely walled-in plot of 500 m2: there is first of all the cottage with 120 m2 of construction. Passing a covered entrance verandah with sitting area there is the roomy and well equipped kitchen. Opposite is the comfortable lounge with integrated dining area. In the rear part of the cottage are two bedrooms sharing one bath and the master suite with bath en-suite. To the back of the garden is a 4.5 x 9 meter fenced-in swimming pool (for child protection) and a gazebo providing welcome shade in the summer. In the front yard is a small wooden cabin with a bathroom and toilet. To the left is a tool shed adjoining the tiny herb and vegetable garden. Finally, there is open air parking and an electrically operated entrance gate.
The ideal retirement home with pharmacy, shops etc. nearby.
