Opis

Description

A large village house in the centre of Niort la Fontaine (Mayenne Department) consisting of, on the ground floor, two large rooms a corridor and a smaller kitchen at the back of the house. Old oak stairs lead to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms and a shower room. The stairs lead on up to the attic floor where there are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom. From the kitchen stairs lead down to a large cellar, a boiler room servicing the central heating with a wood burning boiler, and the garden. There is also an oil burning boiler that can be fitted if preferred. Behind the house there is a large barn with a cottage attached and a small outhouse. There is also an old garage and about 1000 sq ms of garden all fenced off.
