The 4 chalets offer 4 bedrooms, shower room, kitchenette and wc. The converted gypsy caravan overlooks the duck pond and 5 further bedrooms including one handicapped equipped provide a total of 54 beds.

The owners 3 bedroom home (also on site) remains private and faced away from the activity part of the site allowing the owners to escape if need be whilst being on hand to oversee activities when necessary.

The property conforms to all the necessary security regulations for holding events and rental accommodation. A rural location with excellent access to local amenities and a short drive into Le Mans. An ideal opportunity for someone to take over an established proven business in this popular area of the Loire valley.
