Our clients seek a reliable couple/family used to living in the country to assist them with general daily duties. As house sitting is part of these duties, one person will need to be at home each day. Other duties will include managing chickens, local deliveries, some watering when necessary. It is estimated that this would total in the region of 6 hours per week. EPC F

The property is in a rural location within easy reach of Sittingbourne in Kent so a car driver is essential. It is a spacious 3 bedroom detached property with a good sized garden plus further land available for a smallholding.

Deposit

Fees

A fee of £210.00 incl. vat for the administration involved which also includes the tenants' share of the costs of the references and tenancy agreement. For each additional set of references there is a charge of £60.00 incl. vat per person. In the case of a Company Tenancy the references are charged separately at £300.00 incl. vat.
