What can I say about this house that wont offend the owner? I know it is cheap (and an offer, any offer, would get our support) but a low price does not a bargain make! On the face of it the property looks like a total mess but having vented my spleen it does in fact have some redeeming features. A new, raised, roof is a positive for a start whilst Zagra is a nice place to live. So dont discount it out of hand. If you are in the area, take it in, check it out, you may see something I cant! Wouldn't be the first time and that's why I scrape a living as an estate agent rather than making my fortune as an investor/developer.

The raised roof? Well a lot of old houses were built with very low roofs on the upper floors in the days when Spaniards were much smnaller than they are today. It is therefore frequently necessary to not only rebuild/replace the roof on old houses but also increase the height of the walls on the upper story. In this case it has been done for you.

Accommodation. On the ground floor you get a reception with fireplace, bedroom and patio with 2 further bedrooms upstairs. No kitchen, no bathroom, no services connected. The services however are at the front door.
