Situated in the oldest part of Montmorillon in the middle of the 'Cite de l'Ecrit' this has not been used for many years and the roof is none to clever either, but:.. Up the front steps we enter a big lobby with a kitchen / diner off to the left and a cellar which could be a sitting room at a later date.

Under the stairs there is a WC and on the first floor we have two bedrooms - rather a lot of work to do, here!

At the top of the house we have an eminently convertible attic. With 50m2 on each of the three floors this could be a really rather quaint home - but, the only outside spaceare the steps down to the pedestrians only, street.
