Description

A beautifully situated old house, almost in the front line of the old harbour area. It has the most spectacular sea and harbour views, but it needs a total renovation, which has been estimated to cost around one hundred thousand euros. Nevertheless, it could be made into an absolute pearl, within the village. The plot measures 150 square metres and can be rebuilt in the proportion of one hundred per cent, on the first and second floor, plus fifty percent on the third floor. The current composition incorporates five bedrooms, one bathroom, a lounge, a kitchen, a patio and two storage rooms.

Puerto del Carmen is Lanzarote's original resort enjoyed by families, water sport enthusiasts as well as offering a variety of nightlife for party goers.

The main street of Puerto del Carmen is approx. 8kms long with golden sandy beaches on one side and bars,shops and restaurants etc. on the other.

The charming old harbour, once a fishing village boasts some of the islands best restaurants.

Los Mojones, Matagorda and Los Pocillos are quieter areas of the resort.

A new golf course is situated just outside the town.
