Under the main house is a huge garage parking for 4 cars/ basement.

In addition to the parking space there is a separate gym and storeroom

The garage also has a separate room which houses the central heating system, and the bio mass boiler which is fully automatic. The boiler provides all the hot water to run the under floor heating throughout the house and the hot water.

In addition there is an electric emersion heater and a storage tank for the hot water provided by the solar panels and a storage tank for the mains water supply.

The gardens are irrigated with water from a licensed well in the garden which means that the plant and flowers can be watered all year round. Waste water goes to a biological septic tank.

There is a paddock for two miniature donkeys, and several raised vegetable beds throughout the garden. The garden has various fruit trees, plants and shrubs, oak, almond and approximately 90 olive trees.

The whole property had Double glazed UVPC window and high specification materials and furnishings have been used throughout the property.

There is an additional ruin on part of the land which subject to the correct permissions could be developed to provide separate owners accommodation or additional guest accommodation.
