This location is spot on, which is why it is commanding a high purchase price. it will also command a higher than average rental price on the holiday let market. One street away are the posh shops of Louis Vuitton et aland from the window you can people watch the scores of tourists at the Haagen Dazs ice-cream parlour directly across the road. There are dozens of restaurants, bistros and bars a stone throw away, and the posh ones at that. Inside, this property is fine, a little bit of T&C needed, but nothing major.
