Outside

The front of the house has a terrace for those long summer days. The enclosed garden is filled with many plants and shrubs and has a swimming pool (10 x 5), summerhouse, gazebo and sheds. There is a small vegetable plot. Parking for 3 cars. The village of Bioussac is approximately 1km and the towns of Ruffec and Civray are a short drive away.

This is a charming stone house, which is nicely presented and has loads of character.
